Choose wisely
The water has finally receded and the ground has dried enough for them to walk on. The time has come the boys need to start finding wives. Before they leave Og knows it his obligation to make sure Noah is taken care of before he leaves an unwanted obligation but still an obligation.
Og instructs Lapithes and all the boys to start dismantling the houses they have built and prepare to move the supplies down the mountain. Og and Noah head down the mountain so Noah can pick a nice spot for his new house.
"I was thinking the two younger boys and Lapithes could help me with the house if you and Sham want to start working some ground," Og suggests.
Noah took a very slow thoughtful look around, "I get the unicorn."
Og reluctantly nodded his head, "sounds fair. But, I swear to God Noah, you even think about hitting or whipping that unicorn…"
Noah cut Og off, "I'm not going to hurt your precious unicorn."
"Good!" Og responded harshly. "You know, he could have been all yours, all you had to do was be nice to me."
"You better get busy doing something before I change my mind."
"Oh Noah," Og wrapped his arms around Noah and hugged him so tight it made his spine pop in multiple places. "You silly guy."
Before they leave Og makes the decision it would be quickest if they boys stay behind to help their father and Lapithes and Og would go find wives for them. It would be quicker this way. He mostly just wanted to take advantage of some free time and visit a few friends.
"Okay, boys. Before I leave is there any stipulations you would like to give me?" Og asked. The two younger boys just shook their heads no; they were obviously upset about Og's departure. Og rubbed Ham's shoulder.
"Yeah," answered Sham thoughtfully. "I would like my wife to have dark hair."
"You will get what you get," Og snarled.
"Why ask a question if you are going to refuse the answer?" asked Noah, irritated at Og's favoritism towards the other two boys.
"Sorry, Sham. If you could just do me one favor while I'm gone and change your face before I get back maybe I won't be so mean to you."
"Change my face?" asked Sham.
"You look like your dad," answered Og. "it's disturbing and I believe that's why I take out some of my frustration out on you instead of him. I apologize and I will work on it if you promise me that you will work on your face," Og grinned ear to ear. "Deal?"
"I hate to tell you this Og," Sham took a deep breath before continuing. "This is the only face I have."
"Hmm, looks like someone has been practicing humor," Og grinned, almost pleased with Sham's comeback. "Alright, that's enough chitter chatter we better be rolling." Before Og and Lapithes made it out of site Og dramatically turned around and pointed at Noah. "Don't you worry, I WILL be back."
As always it was Lapithes' responsibility to strike up conversations. Innocently not knowing what kind of questions Og's answers will bring Lapithes immediately regrets ever bringing up Hades name. His heart sank when Og said, "it would be much easier just to show you."

The Sacrifice
When they return to Mt. Judi, Og is not surprised at what he finds. All the animals were alive and taken care of, as well as a luscious vineyard, Noah, and Sham sit outside around a fire already drunk. Og joins them, after a few more hours of drinking Og brings up the notion of making a nice sacrifice for the grapes God has blessed them with. ---
Og left and came back with two animals; a sheep and a lion. Noah and Sham met him in the garden, Og put the sheep in front of Noah and gave him a knife. “When a man has only a few drops of wine he will be as harmless as a sheep.” Og explained then signaled Noah to make the sacrifice.
Noah thought about it, it seemed pretty innocent so Noah made the sacrifice. Og took the knife from Noah and handed it to Sham and placed the lion in front of him. “When he drinks a little more he will be as strong as a lion.” Og signaled Sham to make his sacrifice and he did without a thought.
Og left again and brought back two more animals; a pig and a monkey. He tried to take the knife from Sham but he resisted. “Why do you get two sacrifices?” he argued.
“Because God hates me, remember?” Noah nudged Sham to give him the knife; Og quickly sacrificed both animals without a word and began laughing uncontrollably. Noah stood quietly and uncomfortably wondering what he just witnessed.
Once Og managed to stop laughing and gain his composure he stood and lifted the pig's dead body and flopped it on the sheep in front of Noah. “When a man drinks too much he will become a beast like the pig.” With his other massive hand, he lifted the monkey’s body and plopped it on the lion in front of Sham. “If he continues to drink he will become foolish like the monkey.”
Noah stood in shock, and then his shock turned to anger. “How dare you curse my crop with your black magic!” he scowled.
Og laugh and scooped all four animals in his hands and bent down to Noah’s level. “I just hope that every time you drink your beloved wine you remember this moment and all the blood that once dripped from your grapes.” Og gently squeezed the lifeless bodies and held them up high letting the blood run down his hands and fall upon the grapes.
After the sacrifice, Og leaves to find some alone time and Michael appears to him. Old memories and promises flood Og’s mind, without hesitation Og turns around and punches Michael in the mouth. Og’s father Ramuel and Uncle Zade quickly appear to help take control of the situation. Michael gives Og the bad news about being Noah’s slave for eternity, but only because Michael needed someone he could trust on this inside.

The bribe
They travel back to Noah with the unicorn and prepare themselves for their next encounter. Noah is unreceptive to Og’s bribe. The two younger boys chase after Og and Lapiths against Noah’s wishes. Og prepares two delicious jars of mulberry jam for the boys to take back to their father, one is laced with an ingredient that will put Noah and his oldest boy into a coma for 24 hours. When they return their father is drunk from wine and anger and proceeds to beat the boys and they flee for their lives.
When they return to Og, he is not surprised the plan has failed. He teaches the boys how to make ropes, iron plates, and other things they will use to help protect the ship from damage. Og sneaks back to Noah’s house and instructs his wife to give Noah the jar of jam and to signal them when she has done so. After a few hours of waiting, they become impatient and move closer only to see Noah beating his wife.
They take the ship by force and lock Noah and his oldest boy in the pig pens. The rains begin, for the first few weeks it almost seems impossible to keep the boat safe and secure. They encounter tsunamis, hurricanes, and whirlpools. Noah’s brother Adreal uses his God-given powers on Lapithes and one of Noah’s sons, every day he turns them into doves and they go out seeking any sign of land. Finally, they find the top of Mt. Judi and unload Noah, his oldest boy, and his wife with all the animals.
Og, Lapithes, Adreal, and the two younger boys sail for a few more months looking for a sign of anything. Og takes advantage of his time with the two boys and tries to reverse the brainwashing Noah has done to them, he explains how the world was really created, who is in charge, and how it became this bad. Halfway through their trip they pass another ship, at the bow stands Azazeel, proud and tall. His ship is lined with solid gold and special gems, anger floods Og like the water over the earth.

Pre-war
After a little bit of traveling Og thinks he is prepared enough to take on Azazel. So Og goes to the one place loud enough for Azazel to find him, Sodom. There Og is famous for being the creator of music and musical instruments, he played one song to attract Azazel's attention and it worked perfectly.
Before you know it, Og and Azazel are face-to-face; Azazel's army is roughly over 3,000 humans and other creatures, Og’s army is roughly 75 people and Lapithes being the only creature. Even though Og’s men are terrified Og was not, he had won every battle he had ever fought and he wasn’t going to start losing today.
Angels start appearing out of thin air, some on Azazel's side and some on Og’s side. It’s then everyone realized this war we fight on earth is bigger than we could ever imagine. Michael and Lucifer stand perched on top of two cliffs, staring at each other, neither ready to interfere and jeopardize their side of the situation.
Og’s men do lose the battle, but not one life was lost, so they celebrate. Og not being the celebrating type took advantage of this time to bleed Noah’s brother for information. Adreal knew Noah would never willingly let Og onto the ship. He tries to convince Og that taking the ship by force would be the easiest way.
However, Og was informed that the rules state he is not allowed to take it by force.
They traveled towards Noah to get a better feel of the situation, after a few days of spying Og decided it would be best to try and bribe Noah rather than to take control of the ship by force.
So they make a quick trip to the pyramids in hopes to receive a unicorn. Unfortunately, the Ferro made a tough decision to have the unicorn killed in hopes of preventing a situation similar to Lapiths’.
The Ferro does allow them to use the pyramids to try and retrieve another. Due to certain circumstances, Lapithes has to travel to a different universe called Orion, which is the home of Zeus. There he is confronted by different types of life forms, not of this world. Lapithes trades two cows for one massive unicorn; before he leaves they give him a glimpse into the future and what was to happen if they fail to save Noah.

The beginning
The book begins with Og alone in his mountain, doing his daily chores when he hears a sound at his door. To Og, this is an impossible noise, in order to make it to his front door you have to survive a long intensive entry way full of death traps.
When Og opens the door a half-dead creature falls to the floor unconscious. Og didn’t know what the creature was but he was almost certain it was not sent to kill him. He nurses the wounded creature back to life. The next day Lapithes is able to explain to Og the horror that is happening outside of his door.
Og’s cousin Azazel has not only crowned himself as king of the giants but is trying to claim that the world is his, in the name of Lucifer. This is not recent or surprising news to Og, Azazel has been trying to prove himself better than Og since they were children growing up together.
Lapithes takes Og to a nearby camp of Azazel's. Og witnesses gruesome scenes. After a close call with a Cyclopes Og decides it was time to give his cousin a visit. Lapithes was 100% against the idea. He told Og about the ‘games’ Azazel has for fun. This peaks Og’s interest and he decides they will participate in the games despite Lapithes arguing.
There are five stages the ‘warriors’ (victims) have to complete. Keep in mind, the rules state the warriors have to complete the games in the nude with only one weapon.
The first stage usually is usually simple, defeat a lion or other large jungle cat. Stage two consists of one terror bird. These are flightless birds that stand about ten feet tall and will kill anything that moves. Stage three, the Gorgonops, Lapithes describes these creatures as being alligator-like with huge cheetah fast legs. To complete stage four you have to conquer two Titanoboa, these are giant serpents, roughly 2,000lbs and 40ft in length. Lapithes can’t explain to Og the fifth event because no competitor has ever made it past the fourth stage.
“Og, how do you even know there will be a game tomorrow?” asked Lapithes angrily.
“It’s his birthday; trust me there will be a game.”
